About Your Advisor

I’m Victoria Fusco, founder of Fusco Advisory. My work sits at the intersection of strategy and execution by helping leaders not only see the path forward, but also take the steps that bring it to life.

Over the past decade, I’ve worked alongside executives and business owners to build stronger organizations, align teams, and lead projects that matter. My experience spans leadership development, marketing strategy, and complex project management across industries including real estate, tech, health, manufacturing, administrative and professional services.

What sets my approach apart is a belief that clarity is the foundation of execution. When leaders have clear structures, clear priorities, and clear communication, they can move with confidence and their teams can follow with focus. I bring calm, grounded guidance to help simplify the complex and make growth sustainable.

PEOPLE

From hiring and onboarding to navigating interpersonal dynamics and leadership growth, I support how you lead your team and shape your culture. This includes advising on communication habits, accountability systems, conflict patterns, and team alignment - all rooted in your real goals and capacity.

STRATEGY

I offer a grounded, experienced outside perspective as you make directional decisions - whether you're pivoting, expanding, or recalibrating. This might include marketing or brand focus, client/service model evolution, scaling decisions, or just untangling what’s working vs. what’s draining you.
You don’t need a 90-day blitz. You need clarity that fits how you actually want to move forward.

EXECUTION

Ideas only create value when they move into action. I take on the leadership of projects that need both strategy and follow-through whether that’s launching a new program, managing a cross-functional initiative, or carrying a priority from plan to completion. My role is to keep progress steady, align the moving parts, and make sure the work doesn’t stall once the vision is clear.
