I’m Victoria Fusco - a strategic advisor, thoughtful builder, and quiet questioner of how things have always been done.
After more than a decade across business ownership, leadership, operations, and marketing, I created Fusco Advisory to support leaders who are refining how they work, lead, and grow - not out of urgency, but clarity.
My work is rooted in real-world structure, trusted relationships, and progress that actually fits.
I believe good leadership is steady, not performative - and that strategy should be felt just as much as it’s planned.
